Eating Disorder Speaking, Training, and Education

Are you looking for expert training in the treatment of eating disorders? As well-respected eating disorder specialists, we are frequently called upon to train other mental health and related professionals–locally and internationally–about eating disorders. Lauren Muhlheim, Psy.D., FAED, CEDS-S and other staff members are available to speak to academic institutions, professional organizations, parent groups, and community mental health centers on topics related to eating disorders. Dr. Muhlheim has also presented at several international academic conferences including the International Conference on Eating Disorders, the International Association of Eating Disorder Professionals Symposium, and the Society of Adolescent Health and Medicine.

For three years, Dr. Muhlheim was the lead instructor for Core Course 1 of the IAEDP Eating Disorder Specialist Core Courses required for CEDS certification. She has also co-created with Katie Grubiak, RDN, a course for EDRD Pro on “Working with Adolescents and Families in Eating Disorder Treatment.”
