Are you a therapist looking for more support in working with clients with ARFID? This small group consultation is for therapists who are working with children, teens, and adults with ARFID. Dr. Muhlheim has worked extensively with clients with ARFID since 2018. She is trained in CBT-AR, FBI-ARFID, and FBT, and pulls from these modalities as well as her experience working with children, teens, and adults and leading groups for parents of people with ARFID and adults with ARFID.
This consultation CAN count towards the supervision requirement for those pursuing the CEDS credential through iaedp as group supervision may account for up to 50% of the required 24 supervision hours.
Supervision Schedule and Cost
Each session will be 60 minutes of case consultation focused on clients of any age with ARFID.
$60 per 60-minute session.
Limited to 4 professionals per session.
Wednesdays, 9 am to 10 am pacific.

Lauren Muhlheim, Psy.D., FAED, CEDS-C is a psychologist, fellow of the Academy for Eating Disorders (AED), and certified eating disorder specialist (CEDS) and approved supervisor for the International Association of Eating Disorder Professionals (IAEDP). She directs Eating Disorder Therapy LA in Los Angeles. She is certified in FBT for adolescent eating disorders and is the author of When Your Teen Has an Eating Disorder. Dr. Muhlheim has held leadership roles in several professional organizations including the AED, IAEDP LA Chapter, and the Los Angeles County Psychological Association. She has previously been an IAEDP core course instructor. Dr. Muhlheim provides training on eating disorders to mental health providers internationally. She is co-author, with Katie Grubiak, RDN, of the EDRD Pro course on Working with Adolescents and Families: FBT-Informed Treatment. Dr. Muhlheim provides training to professionals on treatment for ARFID and also provides training to professionals providing FBT.
